n n nn Experian Consumer Services is the looking for a Director to lead the strategic growth of our lead generation business, CreditMatch.

The Director will report directly to the General Manager of CreditMatch and will help in driving overall strategic & future growth opportunities, including roadmap, strategic alliances, and financial performance and expansion strategies into emerging markets of this lead-generation business line.

nn nn The Director will be responsible for working cross functionally through multiple disciplines, including Customer Experience, Analytics, Client Services, Partnerships, Operations and cross-BU Product to successfully build a 5 year strategic plan along with a roadmap for execution.

nn nn This role will be directly responsible for achieving double digit growth across multiple verticals (including and not limited to Credit Cards, Personal Loans, Automotive and Mortgage).

This includes building a strategic plan incorporating build vs.

partner vs.

build scenarios and developing innovative, First, Best and Only propositions.

nn nn What you’ll be doing nn Building the mid and long-term strategic growth plan for CreditMatch Developing innovate propositions based on our unique position in the market Developing GTM plans for new vertical and adjacent markets Developing strategic plans on potential M&A opportunities nn Key functions of this role include, but not limited to nn Owner and key contributor to the overall strategic growth plan of CreditMatch Develop a deep understanding of the client’s/partner needs and requirements Guide innovate solutions to grow the program across all verticals Help develop a ‘build vs partner vs buy’ strategy for vertical market expansion Support data acquisition and key growth areas of the broader D2C business Develop unique and new monetization strategies – target various partners to improve overall value proposition, consumer engagement and enrich the offering for our consumer base Identify strategic partner system integrations and engage with partner managers to support closing Develop and communicate mid and long-term business strategy and collaborate on go-to-market plans Develop innovative decisioning solutions, designs, proof of concept and implementation strategies for clients/partners Grow, Motivate and lead cross-functional teams with in-direct reports Maintain deep knowledge and insight of competitive landscape, along with research on core consumer and client needs Attend and present at relevant industry conferences Own providing end-to-end reporting to the General Manager nn What your background looks like nn 7-10+ years’ experience driving scaleable growth across multiple verticals in the lead generation industry 6-8+ years in strategic client services and partner management roles 5+ years in product development and management Strong financial acumen with P&L management experience Applied and balanced experience in planning/innovation along with direct responsibility for large, strategic partner relationships Agile and waterfall development and marketing experience Ability to formulate and communicate a business case People leadership experience Expert interpersonal and presentation skills with ability to present solutions via live presentations or remote webinars Key qualitative attributes: solid blend of critical and creative thinking; outstanding communications; inspires and works well with others; goes the extra mile in getting things done right; at ease working across team boundaries; organizational skills; and ability to multi-task/prioritize well.

Understanding of Credit Card/Loan underwriting, Acquisition Marketing and regulatory requirements preferred Bachelor’s Degree required, MBA is preferred Ability to travel +/
– 30% of the time During this pandemic, all Experian employees are working remotely.

Once it’s safe to do so, we’ll slowly return to our offices however we are in no rush to do this.
