If this sounds like a mission youd like to support, please apply below!nn nn The Role: nn nnWe are looking for a senior human resources professional who will be responsible for the following key areas: Owning the Human Resources function, Performance and Talent Management, Culture (including mission, vision, and values), DEI (in partnership with Recruiting), Compensation Strategies, Benefits and benefit programs, HR legal requirements, Building Community, and the Employee Onboarding Process.nn nn This position is fast-paced, and the needs of the business are ever-changing.

You must be nimble and adaptable.

nn Manage and evolve our performance management and talent management frameworks to align with our values.

This includes professional development, career progression, and promotions.

Own and continuously improve our new hire orientation learning Lead all learning, development and cultural initiatives to build and promote an equitable, inclusive, innovative, enriching, and holistic experience for talent throughout the employee life cycle Identify and implement programs to foster an open, reflective, and inclusive culture.

Work with the Finance team to craft and implement equitable and fair global compensation, as well as retention and reward strategies Well versed in various leave policies, such as FMLA, Parental, and vacation Analytical expertise; proficient with data-driven analysis as it relates to HR/People Deep understanding of compensation and immigration issues related to benefits Support the analysis and facilitation of leadership and cultural initiatives.

Use influence and coaching skills to cultivate a culture that reflects our core values.

nn Within one month, you will be expected to: nn Attend all new hire orientation training and gain a deeper understanding of Inkling and what we do Assess the human resources needs in areas such as performance management, employee relations, career development, and leadership development as well as drive the appropriate solutions in these areas.

Working with the appropriate leaders to update and communicate Mission, Vision and Values Select and implement performance evaluation tool Work with the CFO to come up with a timeline, milestones and deliverables around the upcoming performance cycle nn Within three months: nn Take the company through the new performance cycle, including Manager feedback training, compensation reviews and promotions Leverage data and metrics to inform and drive talent strategies such as engagement and retention.

Come up with, coordinate and execute a planned schedule of remote eee events for the year Own the regular updates of the performance management tool to ensure employee engagement and feedback Own the management and updating of the internal company tool, Hello Inkling Meet with the Inkling Culture Ambassadors to understand D.E.

and I at Inkling Continue to develop and iterate the onboarding process with the Recruiting lead Have met with every Manager in the organization to understand their organizational needs nn Within six months: nn Work with our benefits provider to review all of our benefit programs for the upcoming benefit year Make recommendations on any benefit programs as appropriate Coordinate, manage and execute the open enrollment program Manage the semi-annual performance review with all the department leads and managers Review and update all required company trainings Own and continue to iterate on diversity, equity and inclusion at Inkling nn Requirements: nn Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, Human Resources or related field with 7+ years of recent HR generalist experience Strong, proven leadership and hands-on capabilities in Employee Relations, Staffing, Talent Management, Performance Management, and Regulatory Compliance.
