nn nn We’re looking to add an Administrative Assistant to our team.

nn nn Title: Administrative Assistant (Part-time) nn nn Pay:
● Starting at $18/hour with bonus/commission pay nn nn Benefits Offered: Paid time off nn nn Schedule: Day-shift, 10-29 hours per week.

Start time 9 AM, days can be flexible depending on applicant’s schedule nn nn Responsibilities: nn nn -Handle all receptionist functions; answer incoming calls, taking messages, responding to emails nn nn -Schedule phone calls, meetings, and maintain calendar nn nn -Manage accounts and perform bookkeeping; organize monthly bills and expenses nn nn -Maintain office; ordering supplies and ensuring office stays organized nn nn -Handle all administrative functions in a timely and efficient manner nn nn Required Experience/Skills: nn nn -Applicants should be outgoing individuals, comfortable working in a collaborative environment to support management and other staff members, have strong communication skills nn nn -Proficiency using the internet and with basic computer programs like Microsoft Office; basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel nn nn -Must have strong writing ability; Spelling, grammar, punctuation are essential to the role nn nn Preferred: nn nn -Experience using Linkedin nn nn -Proficiency using bookkeeping programs like Quickbooks and Excel nn nn -Some college experience is encouraged but not required nn n n n n Job Requirements: n Provide general office administrative services Assist with general office administrative tasks Perform other administrative/clerical duties Perform administrative and office support Accomplishing clerical or administrative duties Maintain files in the administrative office Assist with general administrative duties Preforming routine general administrative duties Performing administrative duties and office support activities Providing administrative support the corporate office Provide office support to other administrative staff Perform other administrative/secretarial duties Assist with other administrative duties Provide administrative support to other administrative assistants and departments Perform all administrative duties for the office Maintaining administrative and clerical files Perform general office support and administrative assistance Perform administrative and office support activities Perform administrative tasks such as mail Performing general clerical and administrative duties
