nn Associate Manager, Digital Marketing and Ecommerce nn nn n nn nnWe are seeking an eCommerce and Digital Marketing Associate Manager to partner with our Director of Wholesale eCommerce and Sales team, to build synergies with our wholesale retailers.

Reporting to the Director of Wholesale eCommerce, you will act as a liaison between our sales team, marketing team and retailers to ensure eCommerce success, drive Ariat brand awareness and help facilitate a consistent Ariat experience for our consumers.

nn nn nn nnYou possess strong eComm and digital marketing skills and have a track record of successfully driving integrated campaigns.

Equal parts digital marketing, eCommerce, customer service and project management, this is a unique role with the opportunity to significantly grow an emerging business.nn nn nn nn Job Responsibilities nn Partners with the sales team to drive buy-in and sell-through of Ariat product across multiple accounts Partners with product and internal marketing teams to align on brand and product messaging, promotional calendars and key selling points Helps to create customized “Ariat Marketing Packages” for retailers that include digital assets, brand messaging and stories, educational materials, and suggested marketing strategies/tactics Manages timelines, campaign creation and assets for multiple co-op marketing calendars and eCommerce efforts Helps execute co-op digital marketing campaigns, eCommerce efforts and reporting Builds relationships by providing one-on-one support to retail partners and sales team Helps keep the sales team up to date on digital trends and tactics Manages marketing asset accessibility and organization nn nn nn Requirements nn 3-5 years of experience in eComm and digital marketing, with specific experience in consumer-driven fashion/lifestyle brands and digital/social media innovation.

Solid understanding of eCommerce, digital marketing, and brand integration.

Fashion (footwear and/or apparel) experience preferred.

Strong project management experience and capabilities; ability to keep a team of peers on track to achieve deliverables.

Unique balance between strong analytical skills and creativity; comfortable interpreting data, deriving actionable insights and using them to inform strategic direction while also able to deliver clear and compelling creative briefs and evaluate creative assets with constructive feedback.

Proven track record in managing integrated marketing plans and optimizing marketing investment in a highly competitive market space.

Proactive, energetic, self-starter that can have a significant impact on business success Strong communications skills.

Proven ability to collaborate in a matrix organization and a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Experience managing multiple campaigns or accounts simultaneously preferred.

Sales, agency or consulting experience preferred.
