Remote for now and then onsite once Covid gets Settled. Strong experience migrating datastores from OnPrem to Cloud using a hybrid cloud infrastructure Strong SQL and database development skills using RDBMS such as MySQL, MariaDB, and MSSQL Strong experience performing system level DBA support of RDBMS such as MySQL, MariaDB, and MSSQL Strong experience designing and implementing AWS relational and NoSQL database services such as RDS, Aurora, DynamoDB, ElasticSearch, and Timestream Deep technical understanding of AWS Infrastructure as a service Platform as a service offering including managed services. Proficient with AWS services that support AWS datastores such as S3, Glue, Lambda, EC2, CloudWatch, DMS Solid understanding of applicationdatastore interactions such as transactions, multiple concurrent users, batch processing, and synchronous and asynchronous requestresponse patterns Highly proficient at exposing database services for configuration, resource usage, persistent logs, and health and consciousness monitoring Strong programming and scripting skills in Python, Go, Java etc
