If so, apply now to join the From The Earth family!n n The Content Marketing Manager will:n n Elevate brand awareness and trust by crafting and executing unique and compliant promotional strategies via all digital platforms, including web, advertising, email and social media Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies that drive traffic into our stores Manage social, promotional and marketing calendars, working with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that activities are being executed consistently across content and brand initiatives Ensure our communications and messaging across all channels are in alignment with our mission and brand identity Present new ideas and utilize data insights to develop original, channel-specific content Update, maintain and organize assets, information, files and materials Create and advise on original content that supports the brand Utilize their in-depth knowledge of all steps required in the creative process to provide guidance and mentorship to designers, and give timely and helpful feedback to improve creative solutions Help create marketing briefs for our creative team Analyze internal and market data to steer the conceptualization and creation of marketing initiatives Identify when graphics are unbalanced or ineffective due to how the messaging is presented Write original copy on tight deadlines, particularly for social platformsn What kind of person are we looking for?n n You have a mind that is equal parts creative and process driven and know that the best way to learn is through doing You have worked in a social media or digital marketing role and have experience creating video, graphic, and lifestyle content You are a proactive self-starter that knows how to both conceptualize and execute creative ideas from start to finish You operate on the premise that the devil is in the details while also not allowing timelines to get bogged down due to immobilizing perfectionism You do not mind if priorities and timelines change frequently because you are highly adaptable You thrive when navigating complex challenges and overcome them with grit and flexibility You have the ability to create and scale a community oriented and human-forward national cannabis brand You are a quick learner and comfortable wearing a lot of hats while embracing change You have experience analyzing data and are comfortable in a start-up environment where we often have to pivot priorities and tasksn What type of technical experience should you have?n n BA/BS in marketing or related field 3-5 years of Marketing/PR experience, preferably in the cannabis industry, or from an entertainment/PR/marketing agency/in-house marketing department Experience developing and executing multi-channel digital content including email, social media, website and SMS campaigns Basic Photoshop/Adobe creative suite skills Photography, video editing and content creation experience is a major plus Experience with digital marketing and website development including but not limited to UX/UI, AB Testing, & SEO Experience with email marketing and project management software Experience copy writing, especially for social and marketing messaging on tight deadlines Web development and coding skills aren’t necessary but a plusn n Powered by JazzHRn nJnwgvJ5T33
