IMMEDIATE job opportunity for a driven individual who has a proven track record of performance and desires to work for a well-established organization. We are looking for an experienced Customer Service for a physician-focused, primarily physician-owned Managed Services Organization (MSO) medical clinics located in Pasadena, CA. This is a Contract assignment for 60 day but might be longer depending on company needs. THIS JOB IS NOT REMOTLY.

Work Expectations: We are looking for candidate with 2-3 years’ experience in Customer Service, billing, and collections background.

Duties:

Must have medical billing background

Answer customer questions regarding billing, service problems, and features.

Resolve delinquent account balances.

Correct errors and discrepancies on customer billing, as necessary.

Represent company in a professional and positive manner in all situations.

Work under routine supervision.

Perform under general guidelines, procedures, and rules.

Punctual, regular, and consistent attendance.

Requirements

· 2-3 years of general Customer Service experience.

· Experience with billing and collections

· Background working in Call Centers

· Strong oral, written and interpersonal skills

· Excellent problem-solving skills

· Personal computer knowledge necessary

Compensation: $18 – 20 hr.
