n n nnBayOne Solutions where we work for a leading retail/e-commerce and IT clients.nn nJob Descriptionn nn Job Duration: 12+ monthsnn nn Description:nn nnUnder the supervision of the Senior Benefits Analyst, the HR Coordinator will be responsible for administrative duties for human resources matters related to: tracking and updating employee records, support the hiring, promotion, transfer and termination process, interface with key internal and external stakeholders; and assist in a wide range of matters including interpretation and application of regulations, rules and other policies.

Your role, also, involves performing tasks with a focus to grow our company’s talent pipeline and support of corporate initiatives.nn nn Job Responsibilities: nn nn
· Preparing or updating employment records related to hiring, transferring, promoting, and terminatingnn nn
· Explaining human resources policies, procedures, laws, and standards to new and existing employeesnn nn
· Processing all personnel action forms and ensuring proper approvalnn nn
· Ensuring timely completion of HR related tasksnn nn
· Processing all personnel action forms and ensuring proper approvalnn nn
· Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.nn nn
· Assist with adhoc HR projects.nn nn
· Support other assigned functions.

· Performs other duties as requested.nn nQualificationsn nn Education: nn nnBachelors’ Degree with 1-2 years of relevant work experiencenn nn Qualifications: nn nn
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills at business level proficiency in both English and Mandarin Chinese nn nn
· Meticulous attention to detail – ability to spot errors and work with complex & detailed, highly confidential information.nn nn
· Flexibility in a variety of situations to include, but not limited to, working hours and various time zones.nn nn
· High degree of professionalism with the ability to relate to all levels of management.nn nn
· Proactive, flexible and able to manage a number of conflicting priorities.nn nn
· Exposure to federal and state labor lawsnn nn
· Strong team player who is self-motivated; proven ability to work both independently and as part of a team; ability to drive and track multiple tasks and projects; dependable, and punctual; must be detailed oriented with ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.nn nn
