You will also learn how to work in a professional environment and have ample opportunity to network with department leaders and other employees in the organization.Duties & Responsibilities* Collaborate with Project Managers / Business Systems Analysts / Solution Designers to support key IS functions, such as:* Requirements gatheringProcess mapping into functional/technical and system design specificationsMap & data analysisAuthoring of quality documentation (i.e., planning, requirements, design, trace matrix, validation master plan, test scripts / protocols / reports, etc.)Build out solution models and technical optionsExecuting test scripts and protocols* Data analysis (using basic tools such as Excel, pivots, sorting, filtering, reporting, etc.)Import/export data in SharePointLearn and use IS tools (i.e., UPK
– user productivity kit), SharePoint, TEAMS; and IS templates using Word, Agile Change Order (CO) process.Minimum Qualifications* Good to excellent level of communication
– verbal, presentation, interpersonal, and writtenGood to excellent level of problem solving, enjoys a good challenge, enjoys critical thinkingAbility to work independently or collaborating as a teamQuick learner, with a proactive attitude and ability to consistently follow through and execute on tasks, meeting tight deadlines and working well under pressureGood to excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office and process flow tools
– in particular, Word / Excel / VisioHigh level of attention to detail, with a “hands-on” approachGood understanding of key concepts in technical design, solutioning, with a keen aptitude towards business and technologyPreferred Qualifications* Prior work experience, a plus, in an Information Systems-related role.Prior work experience in a health care-related setting a plus.EducationWorking towards completion of either a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, with concentration in Computer Science (or related Information Systems field).Physical requirements/Work EnvironmentThis position primarily works in an office environment.

It requires frequent sitting, standing and walking.

Daily use of a computer and other computing and digital devices is required.

May stand for extended periods when facilitating meetings or walking in the facilities.

Some local travel is necessary, so the ability to operate a motor vehicle and maintain a valid Driver’s license is required.The physical demands of the position described herein are essential functions of the job and employees must be able to successfully perform these tasks for extended periods.
