You aspire to build an elite team with equal measures of ambition and practicality.nn nn What You’ll Do nn nnYou’ll be the first Creative Production Lead in our team’s 8 year history, responsible for leading a team of four Creative Producers.

You’ll work collaboratively with our Technology, Creative, and Strategy Leads to develop, refine, and drive processes, approaches, and initiatives to enable our team to do their best work.

This includes how we prioritize and staff projects, research potential vendors and solutions, and organize key internal and external milestones during pitch and implementation phases. nn nnYou’ll also be responsible to function as the primary “Producer” on some large, strategic client pitches, activations, and integrations.nn nnBeyond our team, you and the team you lead will work in partnership with Twitter client partners, account managers, advertisers, agencies, and third-party vendors to manage and coordinate high-value activations and integrations.nn nn Success in this role is characterized by: nn nnFacilitating the exploration, development, and delivery of noteworthy brand marketing activationsnn nnBuilding and maintaining trust and mutual respect between your team and the strategy, creative, and technology teams nn nnDriving clear expectations about typical roles and responsibilities and collaboration process across functions nn nnEstablishing and maintaining a culture of accountability for project organization and meeting project goals on time and within budget across our Twitter Next Lab teamnn nnDeriving analytics around the effectiveness of initiatives in driving Twitter’s goalsnn nnDevelop and implement recommendations on how our team is doing and how we can improve, informed by team and cross-functional leadership stakeholdersnn nn Responsibilities nn nnManage a production team nurturing a healthy, inclusive, dynamic, introspective, and ambitious teamnn nnFacilitate and coach a creative process that fosters imaginative ideas and methods for breaking them down into realistic implementation optionsnn nnEstablish and maintain cross-functional collaboration processes, including clear and simple documentation and expectationsnn nnProduce and maintain core artifacts for key initiatives and projects, including schedules, status reports, and surrounding documentationnn nnManage the expectations of all stakeholders through transparent and proactive status reports and other communicationsnn nnServe as the primary contact for third-party vendors, identifying and documenting integration points and dependenciesnn nnNavigate complex problems effectively by managing internal relationships, cross functional teams, and collision management across initiatives that span Twitter nn nnDeveloping and implementing recommendations for monitoring our progress towards a signature creative production approachnn nnCoordinate across large cross-functional teams including legal, policy, procurement, analytics, design, comms, engineering and product when necessarynn nnDefine and document best practices, and contribute to company knowledge sharing effortsnn nQualificationsn nnAt least 8+ years of relevant interactive (software, web, and/or app) production experiencenn nnAt least 2+ years managing teams of digital / interactive / creative producers nn nnExperience working cross-functionally on a deadline, delivering high-profile customized projects for brand clientsnn nnA proven track record of nurturing and developing production talentnn nnExcellent written and verbal communication and cross-functional stakeholder management skillsnn nnA strong perspective on what makes an effective production team combined with a desire to listen to and understand other perspective to inform decisionsnn nnDemonstrable leadership abilities in changing, ambiguous and challenging situationsnn nnExcellent understanding of creative and interactive production best practicesnn nnAbility to manage multiple complex initiatives and projects concurrently with ease, clearly communicating goals and milestonesnn nnA track record of successful collaboration across technical, creative, sales, client, and agency teamsnn nnExperience in digital advertising, media or marketing at an ad agency, client-side, or at a media companynn nnPassion for Twitter, and the evolving digital advertising landscapenn nAdditional Informationn nnWe are committed to an inclusive and diverse Twitter.
