Portfolio Management – Real Estate Finance, Sr. Analyst

  • Manage all portfolio management activities on ~35 REF loans
  • Collaborate with RMs and UWs to ensure timely and effective management of assigned portfolio
  • Collaborate with and communicate with other REF staff
  • Analyze and complete quarterly and annual reviews
  • Re-grade PD/LGD/Reg Rating
  • Analyze and complete modification/credit actions Ongoing monitoring of portfolio
  • Handle additional advance requests
  • Assist with internal and external audit and credit exams
  • 3+ years of commercial real estate analysis background
