They are responsible for generating the year-long marketing strategy across all athletes, and manage individual elements within.

Therabody is seeking an individual who is a creative innovator at heart, and who can envision, build, and execute marketing strategies across the sports channels to build the brand, increase recognition, and drive sales.

The Senior Sports Marketing Manager ensures execution and measures the impact of marketing initiatives with key in venue customers.n n Key Responsibilitiesn n Manage and execute sports marketing partnerships with athlete ambassadors Strategically utilize our sponsored assets with marketing communication support to associate with Therabody”s brand and products Manage product and service plans and lead teams to provide best service to assets Partner with key stakeholders, both internally and externally, to establish, sustain and manage communications strategies (overall positioning, creative positioning, communications plannin g, tag-lines, etc.) for integrated sponsorship activations Manage a holistic Talent Content Calendar that is both strategic and impactful and drives both brand and performance KPIs Build a portfolio of partners to efficiently and effectively communicate with the market Manage the execution, monitoring and reporting of all talent assets Ensure that the individuals wear and represent the products according to our Marketing Plan to communicate Th erabody as the leading performance brand Maximize and follow the exact plan of the sports marketing budget according to the execution of the Marketing Plans /Sports Marketing strategy Develop the procedures to control, track the distribution and manage inventory of promotional products n n The Right Person Would Haven n Bachelor”s degree or equivalent experience 5+ years of consumer marketing experience at an agency or a fast growing company that has scaled Management of talent partnerships and deep understanding on how to identify and execute high impact talent partnerships Experience with consumer marketing with a focus on lifestyle and/or wellness Demonstrated leadership and management skills, including ability to motivate others Proven ability of managing projects and effectively leveraging partnership management Excellent organization, presentation, written and verbal communication skills Foundational knowledge of the social / content landscape; understanding the platforms and how we can leverage them Demonstrated ability to build cross-channel marketing programs that deliver on business and brand objectives.
