Essential Job Duties
- Provide assistance and answer questions regarding Anchor products and services, for our B2B/B2C customers and prospects
- Provide customer service and support via multiple channels, leveraging phone, email, chat tools
- Make recommendation on products and services
- Provide product configuration assistance, quotes, order processing, as well as warranty return authorization support
- Demonstrate attention to detail and accuracy for database management and payment processing
- Troubleshoot technical problems by identifying, researching, and providing detailed guidance, as well as managing escalations
- Support Anchor team in the development of content, resources, programs, and media for sales, marketing, and technical training
- Participate in inter-departmental projects: group activities and meetings, inventory counts, and in-person interface with repair and shipping departments; running errands

Job Requirements
- 2+ years experience in similar role
- Current help desk, tech support, or customer support experience
- Proven customer service skills with strong communication and problem solving abilities
- Strong computer skills, Sage ERP and Hubspot CRM experience a plus
- Good knowledge of supporting a reseller or distributor network (B2B sales)
- Ability to demonstrate good balance in pressing or challenging situations
- Consumer electronics or consumer product background desired
- Experience, interest, and passion in audio and/or wireless technology a plus
- Team office environment is essential to this position, as many hats are sometimes worn
- Ability to read, write, and speak English at a level that is sufficient to perform the essential functions of this position
- Must be able to sit or stand for extended periods
- Lift up to 30lbs
